These little review squares ask students to locate information in the text of William Shakespeare's "Macbeth," and answer the questions given.
These squares can then be cut out and pasted in the gray areas on the "Macbeth Review Visual Map" review activity, sold separately.
I like to assign the squares at a separate time before I introduce the visual map. Students enjoy the novelty of pasting the squares on their sheets, and then writing on the sheets for review.
Teachers can use this AS a final test, or as review. With some classes, I have allowed them to use completed maps on their desks while taking the test, to alleviate their concerns about the different names and difficult language while concentrating on important, higher-level aspects of the play.
