These 15 simple, holiday-themed, hands-on science experiments will bring science fun into your classroom holiday celebrations! Students will learn to make a hypotheses and observations, as well as conduct experiments. They will learn to follow directions, to safely conduct experiments, as well as record their observations. They will also learn science vocabulary and science safety rules.
Each experiment is designed for students to do a majority of the hands-on work. Most of the experiments require teacher preparations ahead of time.
Included with each experiment are 2 recording sheets. One sheet asks students to draw their hypothesis and observation. The second is for students to write their responses.
