Magnetic Sort

This magnetic and nonmagnetic cut and paste has students sorting through 16 different objects that are either magnetic or not.

This product can be differentiated in several ways:
1. Students can sort both the definitions and the magnetic pictures on a recording sheet.
2. Students can use the recording sheet that already has the definitions and just sort the different magnetic pictures for less of a challenge.
3. Students can use the recording sheet that has all the blanks and write their own definitions and sort the magnetic pictures for more of a challenge.
4. The sort can also be done with the foldable page so students could place it in their interactive notebook.

This could easily be placed in a science center for your students or used as an assessment of what they know! Includes the recording page, directions for the teacher, foldable, and an answer key!
