Easy games to help students become fluent with the number combinations for 10.
To play, students take turn spinning the spinner and moving that many spaces. Upon reaching a space, the student will say what number is needed to add to the number they landed on to make 10. For example, if they land on a 4, they would say, "Four plus six equals ten."
Included are 4 gameboards, 2 spinners and student directions. To make spinners, use a pencil and a paperclip. If you prefer, you can purchase game arrows from your local school supply store.
