Sick of problem behaviors? Tired of coming up with consequences? You want students to behave themselves, but the systems you've used probably don't teach the students how to problem-solve. So use my new behavior plan to put the control where it belongs: in your students' hands!
1. Script - Introduce the plan to students with a short script that requires minimal preparation
2. Responsibility Plan - a 1 page form to log the behavior, its cause, and a plan of action to improve; also includes an area for teacher follow-up comments; use my pre-made form with common class expectations listed or use the blank template so you can write in your own class expectations
3. Make It Right Menu - Students who can't think of an appropriate consequence on their own may choose one from this menu; use my pre-made menu or use the blank template to list only the "consequences" that you want students to choose
4. Sample Responsibility Plan pages - Use these pages to introduce the plan with your whole class.
