This activity is the perfect way to connect March Madness with Math content. Students are given the statistics (2015-2016 season) for the top 10 men's NCAA basketball players in three forms: fractions, decimals, and percents. They will need to convert these numbers to a common form to answer their Research Questions. Students will then use their answers and the statistics to create their own 6-person team. I have also incorporated a reward component for the student who has the strongest tournament player.
If you purchase this product, I would be happy to send you the editable Word file, but did not want to allow people to purchase it due to potential formatting issues. Please include this request in your feedback.
