There are 2 parts to this assignment. After you go over what a timeline is in class, now students make their own timeline of their life:
Directions: After going over the timelines in class, it now time to make your own timeline. Your timeline will be about your life, which will start with the day you were born, and end with today’s date. In between the points of when you were born and today’s date, you must include at least 8 events. Remember you can always include more events/drawing for some WOW points. Some events on your timeline could be when you moved to Nevada, when you brothers or sisters were born, if you received a special award, when you got a pet, or anything else you think is important. Each event is worth 2 points.
The 2nd part is :
Directions: It is now your turn to tell me what you know, think you know and what you want to learn about U.S. History (Boxes 1-3). Put as much information as you know, the more you put the more points you will get. You can use words, sentences, and drawings to help you out. In the last Box #4, make 4 mini drawings about you.
