What educators are saying

We did a Hawaiian Day for our ABC Countdown and we made these leis! My students LOVED them! And they got to review their sight words! Win, win!! Totally recommend!

Description

Celebrate Lei Day {May 1st} - or any other day - with a tropical lei that doubles as a learning tool! Students create a Hawaiian Lei and practice their sight words at the same time!

This is the DOLCH words edition.

This is also great for end of the year celebrations! Students can show what they know and look stylish at the same time!

You could also laminate the flowers and put in a center with the yarn and straw pieces. Students can say the sight words and then string them on the yarn. This can be reused with each group of students.

Includes:
PATTERNS:
Flowers with: Dolch Pre-Primer words, Dolch Primer words, Dolch 1st grade words
Flower master (with blanks) - you or students can write the words
Leaves
