Thank you for your interest! I hope that it is useful for you and your students during your current unit. This goes well with Go Math!
Please note that I have purposefully added a limited amount of cards so that students can practice making a ten to solve without having to worry about them pulling a 2 and a 7. They will have to reuse their red cards. I had my students match their counters to the color on their card to keep them organized. This helped when trying to see the different numbers on their ten frames.
They will make 10 to solve using the following addends:
4+7, 4+8, 4+9, 5+7, 5+8, 5+9, 6+7, 6+8, 6+9, 7+7, 7+8, 7+9, 8+8, and 9+9.
What you get:
-Game Cards in color (6 sets)
-Game Cards in black and white (6 sets)
-Directions for independent practice
-Directions for paired practice
-Game Recording Sheet for independent practice
-Game Recording Sheet for paired practice
What you will need:
-Red and Yellow Counters
-Cardstock/Laminate (if you plan to reuse)
