Worksheet to accompany a shaving cream cloud experiment.
The activity can be done in small groups. Fill a jar 3/4 full of water. Add shaving cream on top. Students will add drops of food color and the color will "rain" down from the shaving cream "clouds". The students first predict how many drops the cloud will hold (to signify how much rain a cloud holds before it rains) and will then complete the experiment and record the results. The worksheet has a space for students to draw observations and write what they learned. For students with unique needs, writing prompts can be given.
