Are you always telling your students to add more detail when working on STEM projects or Makerspace challenges? I know I am! I created these posters as a way to challenge my students to think outside the box and add more meaningful detail to their work by using cardboard attachments, 3D paper folding techniques, and using different types of lines. In order to help teach my primary students how to create these techniques on their own, I created a 'How To' video for each technique, which is linked to a QR code. All of the cards for cardboard attachments, paper folding, and types of lines are hanging on a ring in our classroom makerspace for easy student access. My students know they can grab an iPad and scan the QR Code to watch one of the videos if there is a technique they want to learn, but don't know how to do yet.
This Product Includes:
-3 digital copies of the adding detail posters I created for my makerspace
-30+ QR Codes which link to videos of how to create each cardboard attachment, paper folding technique, and type of line seen in the posters
-A copy of the vocabulary I used to create the posters in case you would like to recreate them
