PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is a fun activity for teaching Elements & Compounds! The LAB has students build molecules from gum drops or jelly beans and toothpicks. They use specific colors for each element-- which allows them to compare and contrast the compounds. It provides a concrete way for the students to explore an otherwise abstract concept. This can be done in individually, in partners, or even in cooperative groups. Science Rocks with Smalley!
