There's so much information to gather just by looking closely at a picture. Students will LOVE "researching" different animals! The activity is set up so the youngest explorers can research without having to read a lot of information. Just choose an animal and look closely at it. Then draw it and write 3 observations about it.
There are full page and half page options for each animal. If you are worried about ink you can print in draft. Once you laminate them they still look great!
