“A Teen Tragedy” Extended Writing Response (5 Pages): This activity includes two writing prompt pages (one with pre-determined criteria and one with no criteria that makes it easy to create your own or let students create their own), three writing samples that students can analyze to identify what their writing response needs to include, rubric, and self/peer assessment materials.

“A Teen Tragedy” Assessment (3 Pages): This assessment contains six multiple choice questions that requires students to write a 1-2 sentence justification using text evidence and a constructed response question.
