This is a set of 4 different math games to practice the addition facts that make 10. Each game has 2 different versions to differentiate for the child's skill level. There is a board game with numbers (digits), and one with either ten frames or dice to help them with their adding.
These are great for math stations, practice during a lesson, small group, or to use as morning work and a warm-up.
Once you print the games and set them up (and by set up, I mean putting the game boards in a manila envelope with the directions glued on the front) then you are good to go! You don't need to make copies or anything after that. If I ever want my students to record their work from these games I either give them a strip of paper to write their problems down on, or have them write the problems on white boards. Most of the time, since it is just for more practice, I don't have them write anything and they just play the game.
Knowing the combinations that make 10 can help the students so much in math. The more they play the better they will get at quickly being able to recall all the combinations.
Have fun! :)
