Directions:

Students will create an original restaurant menu that incorporates several food items that would illustrate humans acting a first order, second order, and third order consumers. The menu will consist of a cover, three appetizers, three entrees, and two desserts. Next to each menu item students will list what order to humans the item represents.

This assignment is worth 30 points with rubric.
