This is an independent activity for elementary students who can read and write. This worksheet is a great resource for those students who may get stuck in their anger and frustration or have trouble expressing themselves using appropriate language. Use this (after initial instruction) to give a student a break (time out) and a chance to independently process their emotions.
I have used this successfully with neuro-typical kids as well as kids on the autistic spectrum.
I hope this helps, and please leave feedback!
