If a student is not able to draw, the student can cut and paste the symbols onto the map.

If a student is not able to write or writes large, the student can cut the labels and paste them onto the map or map key. If the student is not able to cut well, you can cut the labels out for the student.
Additional Modifications: use your copy machine to enlarge the print on the documents or print out the document on legal paper enlarged.
