This behavior management system is based on students earning marbles for good behavior. It can be used as a competition between classes in the middle school setting or for one homeroom class. When the students have earned a certain number of marbles or have won the competition, they can earn a reward!
Remember: Rewards do not always have to cost money! Give them a period of time in a day where they can read books with flashlights (Flashlight Friday). Allow your students a day where they can go barefoot in the classroom (Stinky Feet Treat). Show your students a film or do a fun read-aloud. Give your students time to do brain teasers. Provide an extra recess at the end of the day. The options are endless!
