    Bundle Description
This bundle includes all of the units I use to teach guided reading in the month of March. The first unit is Kindness, Caring and Sharing. It includes 5 anchor text stories that focus on teaching message. The stories include Those Shoes, Strictly No Elephants, Pig the Pug, Stick and Stone, and The Sandwich Swap. The second unit is on fairy tales. It is one of my best sellers and has been recently updated to include 600+ pages of fun. Truly this unit could be used for the entire month of March. It focuses on fairy tales with the element 3, classic stories, prince and princess stories, and different versions of Cinderella. The reading strategy for this unit is story mapping and summarizing for writing. There are 9 original paper versions stories included already and activities to go along with many fractured fairy tales. The anchor stories included are Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk, Rumpelstiltskin, Cinderella, The Princess and the Pea, The Frog Prince, The Emperor's New Clothes, The Paper Bag Princess, The Three Little Pigs, The Three Billy Goats Gruff, and Goldilocks and the Three Bears. This unit also includes over 15 crafts. The final unit in March is a St. Patrick's Day Unit. There are two anchor stories Leprechaun on the Loose and The Gingerbread Man Loose at School. This unit will review the reading strategies we have completed all year. There are also several other activities included for other fun units.
