This lesson was a popular one with my students. I used this lesson during the NCAA March Madness Basketball Tournament, but this can be used at any point in the year in any foreign language class.
Choose 12-16 songs in the target language and type in the song titles into the bracket template. Or use our ready to use bracket of 16 Spanish songs including a YouTube playlist plus a lyric sheet for all 16 songs.
Includes a detailed instruction page, an editable bracket an activity page, and a word cloud poster of music words.
Also includes ideas of 15 activities to use with the songs, including 5 ready to use sample activities.
I promise you'll be using this activity more than once after you see how students get into the songs!
