This is a great poster to hang or hand out to kiddos while learning about Automatic Negative Thoughts (ANTs). Poster can be printed as a single page, or multi-pages to make a larger poster. It is used in conjunction with teaching children coping skills and how to change their negative thoughts using the CBT triangle (Feelings-->Thoughts-->Behaviors). Poster features examples of the following ANTs:
