### PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This domino activity covers the concept of sample size and margin of error.

The formula used in this activity is MOE=1/square root of n, where n is the sample size. I know there are a lot of different formulas for MOE but this is the one in our textbook so I used it. If you would like me to make you a set of dominoes with your particular formula, let me know!

The 11 problems include finding the margin of error given the sample size, finding the interval that contains the true population proportion given the sample size and results of the survey, and lastly, finding the sample size given the margin of error. Each student or group (based on teacher discretion) gets a set of dominoes. Students need to find the one that says start and work that problem. Then, they have to match the problem with the correct answer. That “answer” domino contains the next problem, which then matches with its answer. Each student/group will eventually have a string of dominoes in the correct order.
