Here is an activity to practice the first 100 words on the Fry Sight Word Inventory. Print, laminate, and provide students with dry erase markers or vis-à-vis markers. I place my Marker Words into four sets of 25, in plastic envelopes with the vis-à-vis markers inside the envelopes with the words. You can choose the words you want your students to work on, or set them all out as a review activity. Students trace the word and then write with markers as the colors indicate. When done, wipe off and put away for the time. The sight words are written and numbered in the exact order that they appear on the Fry Sight Word Inventory of the first 100 words. The last page is a cover page with directions. I hope that your students will find this activity as much fun as my kids do!
