This is a game board that can be printed off and used with Martin Luther King, Jr observance day. All you need as a teacher is some dice and little game pieces that can easily be made from a pencil eraser, paper, etc. Before the game begins, students will need to cut out the little game pieces. Also, it would be important to talk to the students about Martin Luther King (maybe share his "I Have a Dream" speech and/or discuss some other facts about his life. Some of the words on the game board are civil rights, segregation, freedom, equal rights, etc. It is best if the game is copied on colored paper or cardstock (for the game pieces basically). Students enjoy this game.
