PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This worksheet allows students to learn about the difficult decisions that Martin Luther King had to make in Birmingham, Alabama in 1963.

This activity is very easy to use. All you have to do is print off the reading from the following website for classroom use or direct students to the website to answer the worksheet questions:

The reading is labeled (King Maker)

Students read the document and answer the questions on the worksheet. The worksheet includes 8 questions and has an answer sheet for the teacher. This worksheet can be used to generate classroom discussion or be used as homework. Make sure you use both page 1 and 2 of the reading. Feel free to modify this assignment as needed for your classes.
