The Mason Jar Counting Task Cards were created for my own Primary Autism Classroom. There are several different skills we can work on while doing this fun activity. The simplicity of the item also lends itself to differentiation. I have included both numeric and word form to allow students to demonstrate understanding of both the numeral as well as the number word. This activity allows teacher to see comprehension nonverbally demonstrated.
Use with manipulatives or as a card matching activity
