Super Trawlers are capable of processing 250 tonnes of fish a day and storing up to 6000 tonnes after processing. They are like
fish factories on the sea. The trawlers use enormous nets and an industrial sized vacuum cleaner to capture and suck anything
caught in its path which sadly includes all manner of marine life and endangered species. Fishmaths is a maths game with a
serious message to help foster awareness of this all too important issue.
Players use multiplication, addition, mass, fractions, subtraction and percentages to defeat their opponent by making the most
profit from their catch.
Activists opposed to super trawlers are disrupting operations with every roll of the dice!
