Science assignment exploring heating and cooling and how it changes the texture and structure of food.
Students have to choose a recipe that involves heating or cooling and write down the ingredients and method. They then draw a picture of one (or more) ingredients before and after, using adjectives to describe.
They were also invited to bring in their completed recipe and present to the class. They loved it!
Used in conjuction with Primary Connections Unit- 'Spot the Difference'.
