Need a way to make Noun/Adjective agreement exciting and interactive?
Matamoscas literally means fly swatter! That’s the object of this game—to swat the correct fly. There are many ways to play, but this version is designed to practice noun/adjective agreement. On the provided handout, there are four flies, each containing a form of the adjective bueno to match masculine/feminine and singular/plural nouns. The handout is designed to be to be used with any nouns you choose, which means you can use this when first teaching noun/adjective agreement, or as a refresher with any set of vocabulary at any level. That means you can use this download over and over!
Provided in this download is the student handout for gameplay and a teacher guide with instructions for game play as well as different options for how to format the game (as an entire class, individually, and in small groups). This is a wonderful way to verbally familiarize students with noun/adjective agreement!
