Matching Graphs, Verbal Descriptions, Equations and Tables
This product is specifically designed as an informal assessment of TEKS 6.6(C) “represent a given situation using verbal descriptions, tables, graphs, and equations in the form y = kx or y = x + b” It may however be used in other grade levels depending on student needs and state standards.
Ways to use:
As a warm up/ review at the beginning of class- give each student a card as they walk in the door. Play a song or display a timer allowing students a limited amount of time to find their matches
As group work during class/end of class- have students work in groups to match the cards
As homework or independent classwork- have students unscramble cards and glue to provided sheet
