Math: 1 to 120 Activities
These activities can be used individually, in small groups, or as a whole class.
Spinners: Cut out and laminate. The use fastener or paper clip or purchase a spinner.
1. Use one Counting card (7 included) and one spinner (10 included). Starting at the lowest number for adding or the highest number of subtracting, spin the spinner and have student move up (or down) the number of spots on the spinner. Continue as needed.
2. Use the Worksheets for counting by skipping the same number either forward (adding) or backward (subtracting). Give the students the skipping number (by:______) and the starting number and their off. To help some students may need the 1 to 120 counting sheet.
3. Create your own adding and subtracting worksheets. Fill numbers into the 2 apples on each row and have the student complete the math problem. There is one for addition and one for subtraction.
There are hundreds of combines that can used with these activities. Use them over and over again as students master higher numbers and are able to do more difficult math problems.
