This packet contains 9 separate worksheets, each focusing on the multiplication facts for one number. The activities align with multiple Math Common Core Standards.
Each worksheet is composed of 10 multiplication problems, and a 64 square grid filled with numbers. To complete the worksheet the students will answer the multiplication questions, and then use their answers to fill in a design on the grid. Each answer blank has a small design next to it. Once the students find the answer they will fill in that design in the squares in the grid containing the number of the answer. If the questions are answered correctly, and the grid filled in properly, a unique design will appear.
This activity works as practice, review, and/or enrichment. It is a combination of traditional math exercises and an additional challenge of completing a design correctly.
