PRODUCT DESCRIPTION


Here are some Math assessments you can use in Pre-k through Kindergarten for sure and maybe in 1st grade depending on your students. There are assessments for identifying numbers from 1-50, identifying ever and odd numbers, shapes, adding, subtracting, writing number from 1-50, counting (start at 0 and let them count as high as they can until the mess up), skip counting (2, 3, 4, 5, and 6), and greater than/less than/equal.

Page 6- Number Sheet- the number on this sheet are 1-25, in order, and in color ( you can put this sheet in front of the student and have them tell you the number and tell you if it is even or odd and you can mark their answer on the checklist).

Page 14- I can count- have the student start counting from 0 and have them count as high as the can without messing up. At the top of the line, write the last number they said before messing up and at the bottom right the date.

Page 15- I can write my numbers- have the student write the numbers in order in the box.

Page 16- I can write my numbers- have the student write the numbers in order in the box.

Page 17- I can identify my shapes-

Page 18- I can identify can greater than, less than, and/or equal sheet- for the students to look on.

Page 19- I can identify can greater than, less than, and/or equal sheet- for the students to look on.

Page 20- Teacher checklist for greater than, less than, and equal to- mark the students answer as they say it.

Page 21- I can add within the number 5- for the students to look on (the teacher will mark the answers on the checklist).
