Description

This board game is fun for the students while they sharpen their skills and deepen their understanding of geometry. They will draw a card and they must correctly answer the question in order to move along the game board. One person will be designated as the Answer Checker. The rules of the game are explained in the Preview.

The questions on the standards in the 8th grade domain Geometry include:
1. Identifying the coordinates of a point on the image after a figure has been rotated, translated, reflected or dilated.
2. Identifying relationships among angles formed by parallel lines cut by a transversal.
3. Determining measures of angles in similar triangles, parallel lines cut by a transversal, and exterior angles of a triangle
4. Applying the Pythagorean Theorem.
5. Determining the distance between two points on a coordinate plane.
6. Finding volumes of cylinders, cones and spheres.

This product includes the following.
