Product Description
Looking for a multiplication math center that is easy to differentiate for all of your learners? These task cards allow you to do just that while exposing students to multiplication in word problem form!

Each of the 30 multiplication word problems are numberless! Students will fill in the blanks with numbers that are just right for them, depending on their multiplication fluency!

Students can fill in the blanks of the word problem in a variety of ways. Some possible ways include rolling a dice, spinning a spinner, picking a playing card, etc.

These task cards are easy to differentiate. All you have to do is change the level of the dice, spinner, playing card, or whatever you are using! For example, students working on their lower multiplication facts can use a dice labeled 1-6. For students who have already mastered those facts and are in need of a challenge, use a dice with higher values (polyhedral dice). You can also use multiple dice, especially when studying powers of 10. Students can roll a basic dice and a powers of 10 dice. The possibilities are endless! :)

If the cards are laminated, students can write on the cards with a dry erase marker to help them "see" the problem when solving. They can use the recording sheet to mark the numbers they rolled so you can check their work later. Afterwards, they can erase the cards for the next person.

If you’d rather, you can print the cards and have students write directly on the card. Then they can turn in the cards for you to assess.

The recording sheet is labeled "Blank 1, Blank 2, and Answer" for easy checking. If a student rolled a 7 and a 5, then their answer should be 35. Checking is a breeze! Students can even check a classmate's work!
