-Answer Keys for Each of the Assessments
-Class Data Sheets for Each of the Assessments

Ideas for Implementation:
Give the assessment before beginning a new unit to see what your students already know. Record the data on your Class Data Sheet and have your students begin the Student Reflection Sheet. Make notes about collective strengths and weaknesses.
This process will allow you and your students to identify strengths and weaknesses before beginning the unit and set goals to be accomplished. Goal setting has been proven to be one of the most effective strategies for increasing motivation and achievement.
After teaching the unit, record the data on your Class Data Sheet including remaining weaknesses and new strengths and have your students complete the Student Reflection Sheet. This information can be used to aid your standardized test prep at the end of the year.
Pull these assessments back out at the end of the year as review stations before standardized tests. Since they are cumulative for each unit, they will work great for students to review the skills that were required in each unit!
