These can act as reference cards for students, to be taped onto their desks or used in math notebooks. There are 4 to a page so it's only a quarter sheet size.
We use them with our English Language Learners especially as they are learning the vocabulary for different math configurations, and use them as a tool when we teach how numbers can be represented in different ways. My school uses Engage NY, so this is especially helpful in those lessons, as we ask students to take their objects and put them in a circular pattern/configuration, or scattered, etc. This gives them a reference for what that should look like.
