I used this math constructed response graph in my classroom so students could record and reflect on their progress with constructed response or other math problems. Students would score a 1=unsatisfactory, 2=partially proficient, 3=proficient, or 4=advanced. These are the scores they also receive on our standardized test CSAP. The students really enjoyed keeping a graph to see how their scores had improved over the year. This graph can be modified to use for a different subject area or scoring system.
