This is a fantastic powerpoint I made for my middle school students that combined aspects of math, engineering, art, science and team work!
The students were encouraged to build a work of architecture that was inspired by the art of Frank Llyod Wright. We look how how to measure, symmetry, how to correctly engineer a sculpture to make it sturdy and so on and so forth. The students absolutely LOVED this project and it was a huge hit with my school. I provide a lot of images for examples.
