To provide more scaffolding for my students to do the differentiated instruction card activities (which we call "Math Work Stations") by themselves or with a buddy after completing their workbook pages, I created editable recording sheets for 2 cards/Math Work Stations per unit. These recording sheets are for activities from Unit 4, specifically 4-3: Match Game and 4-11: Tens and Ones.
To make each Math work station, I copy the Differentiated Instruction card 4 times at 67% of its original size onto colored paper. I then cut the colored copies and glue them onto 4 small white manila envelopes. Once the glue dries, I laminate them with the flaps open so that I can cut them open. Last, I copy the recording sheets for that station on the same colored paper, cut them as needed and put them and any materials needed in each envelope. I have included a picture of an example for reference.
Please let me know if you have any questions or would like clarification on how to use these!
