This activty is Common Core Aligned with Grade 1 (1.OA.3), (1.OA6) and (1.OA.8) and Second Grade (2.OA.2). This activity can also be used with third graders who are struggling and need additional practice with fact families, number bonds, and part, part, whole relationships

Included in the packet is:
*cover sheet
*4 worksheets that have a fact family/number bond fully written out with numbers up to 10. (for example 10 bonded to 4 and 6). The student must write the 2 addition and 2 subtraction number sentences (equations) that this number bond represents. each worksheet contains 3 number bonds
*6 worksheets that require the student to show the different combinations of the numbers 5-10. They must show the number bond and corresponding equation.
*40 task cards (4 per sheet) that help the students to fill in what is missing from the number bond. 20 are missing the whole, 20 missing the first part, and 20 missing the second part.
*1 worksheet template that can be used with the task cards or as a separate exercise to identify a complete number bond and its corresponding equation.

These can be used as homework, classwork, or at math centers.
