Product Description

Celebrate Valentine's Day with this fun math fact practice game. It requires very little prep work or printing.

This game has children working on adding and subtracting math facts to 20, and multiplication facts from 2 x 1 to 12 x 12.

I recommend this game for 2nd - 4th graders as it requires a little strategy. Children are given four spinners, and they can choose which spinners to use. If they want to complete a square with a low number they may spin from the first spinner twice. Or if they are trying to get a high multiplication number they may choose two spinners that have high numbers.

You can make this a game that is done all week by printing off the answer sheet in black and white and providing colored pencils. Set a goal of having all the numbers boxed in by the end of the week.

Print less by laminating the answer sheet and let children use dry erase markers. The winner is the person who has the most squares created at the end of the allotted time period.
