Math Masters was designed to increase fluency in math through daily practice and assessment. Students will perform skills from a variety of Common Core Math Standards each week. This formative assessment will allow students and teachers the opportunity to increase math fluency. Students will problem solve 1-4 problems a day for four days. On the fifth day, students will assess their knowledge and skills with a 10 question formative assessment. Assessments may be used to determine differentiation in instruction, create small groups, or provide independent practice and centers. Teachers can use the Scope and Sequence provided to keep a record of mastery for an individual student or whole class and provide instruction based on student need.
