This form can be used by students to evaluate the work of others in a gallery walk type activity. Ideally student work would be posted around the room and students would have a 1-2 minute time limit at each problem to evaluate the work of their peers. I have used this in an equation gallery walk where students created an equation poster based on a given situation. Their posters included the equation they wrote, a table, and a graph. Students then put the posters around the room and used this form to evaluate their peers' work. This could be used for some great discussions and feedback for students. This form can be used in other ways as well!
