An active-participation review game for adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing positive and negative integers. Teacher reads a statement regarding integers with a missing word. Students have to decide whether the statement is best completed with an "always", "sometimes", or "never." Each student has a three signs, one word written on each. Once they decide which word completes the statement they raise that sign above their head, creating a "wave" of answers in the classroom.
This product includes: teacher instructions with integer statements, "always," "sometimes," and "never," signs, a student worksheet, and an answer key.
This product is available to download individually or as part of a larger download of math games covering whole numbers, order of operations, least common multiple, fractions, decimals, percents, geometry, measurement, algebra, data analysis, and more. This download is called "Math Games for Middle School."
