With the new Common Core Standards, students are expected to know what they are learning and why they are learning it. Everyday Math is a great program and is aligned with the new standards. These learning targets are a great way for the students to easily understand what they should be working on each day. Not to mention, that it is a huge time-saver for teachers. Just print these out, put them in a sheet protector and hang them on hooks so you can easily change them from day to day. Or you could laminate them and put put magnetic tape on the back, or even velcro would work.
