Math Mats for ALL Year Long

Description
Students can use manipulatives to show the numbers, or use Play-Doh to create the items (less to organize and store, and can be used for any mat!) I’ve used both in my classroom, including Play-Doh, mini erasers, strips of yarn, feathers, cotton balls, buttons, fancy stones, plastic spiders, fake leaves, buttons, counters, shells, googly eyes, etc.
Each mat’s instructions are printed on the top of the page! Perfect as a math center or as individual work or assessment by a class volunteer, paraeducator, substitute teacher, etc.
In this pack, there are generic math mats for each season, plus 10 extras that can be used any time of the year! There are 10 fall, 10 winter, 10 spring/summer, and 10 extra mats in this pack. You only need to print and laminate (and store!) one set, because this pack uses cards to show the numbers to count.
I have included LOTS of different options for counting practice.
ACTIVITIES INCLUDED:
•number cards 1-20
•tally cards 1-20
•domino cards 1-18
•ten frames 1-10
These options provide further learning and challenge your young learners to process numbers in different ways.
Simply copy and laminate the cards and put out the ones you’d like your students to try. You are able to easily provide differentiated learning opportunities for your students with this pack!
