This math menu includes 15 problems about the Pythagorean Theorem. Students choose the problems they will complete from a "menu" of options. The problems are sorted into three categories. Students will apply the Pythagorean Theorem to
(1) determine if three sides of a triangle will form a right triangle;
(2) find a missing length of a right triangle;
(3) solve word problems that involve right triangles.
Each category is worth a different number of points, and students must earn exactly 22 points to complete the menu. This file can be used as classwork, homework, or review before an assessment. Additionally, this menu provides differentiated practice by offering students different types of problems and different levels of difficulty.
