Students will create their own Math Mini and practice addition questions throughout.

3 and 4 digit addition focus.

Students answer questions that relate to their individuality

Example: What is your favorite sport?

Each answer to the question includes an equation they must solve. After finding their answer students will use different number sense comparisons (if your number is greater then _____, if your number has a 5 in the tens place value) and follow the directions of how to design their math mini.

Each students math mini will end up looking different- this can be used as an extension activity for identity.
